He Has Risen!

Each year the Altar Guild has the pleasure of outfitting the sanctuary for the celebration of the Christ’s Resurrection. 

Our altar is adorned with a butterfly frontal, created by our Sunday school children from years ago.   The walls are adorned with brightly colored butterflies flying up towards the sky and the center isle is adorned with candles decorated with bows and butterflies.

Sunday school children even provided a tomb left open with a white cloth lying inside, representing the Risen Christ.

As you enter the doorway the aroma of lilies, daffodils and hyacinths is breathtaking.
